Voting procedure

The voting procedure is described in our charter. Every yHEP member has two votes per section. Within a section, votes can be accumulated onto a single candidate. Not all votes have to be cast (i.e. abstention was possible). In each section, the candidate with the most votes is elected as section representative to the management board. The candidate with the second most votes is elected as deputy.

The election period for the management board of the yHEP association began on 24.11.2021. Members were able to cast their vote through the electronic voting system until 03.12.2021, 18:00 UTC. The list of eligible voters was fixed on 23.11.2021.
